Meet Dr. Zee

Dr. Zee has always believed that success is measured by the lives you affect positively. He began his career in dentistry as a general dentist in 2012. After treating adults for nearly two years whose oral health issues were beyond repair, requiring extensive care to save their smiles, he decided to go back to school to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry.

In 2017, Dr. Zee completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at The UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Shortly thereafter, he opened Kids Teeth Pediatric Dentistry with one goal in mind: To instill the habits in children — and knowledge in parents — that will enable his patients to have healthy smiles!

Dr. Zee believes the practice of Pediatric Dentistry is not limited to chair time. He is actively engaged in advocating for the health and well-being of the children in Texas. Since the inception of Kids Teeth, Dr. Zee has served:

on the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry as a Board Member at Large,
as Chairman of the TAPD Emergency Preparedness committee, and
on the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners Anesthesia Advisory Committee – in this role, he tasked with evaluating sedation cases of other practitioners and advising on how to improve patients’ safety and wellbeing.

As a lifelong learner, Dr. Zee has also taken over 400 hours of continuing education since finishing dental school in 2012.
